Ingredientes
- 1 huevo
- 100 gr de avena
- 50 gr de mantequilla
- 40 gr de azúcar
- Levadura
- Chocolate
- Harina
Preparación
Poner la mantequilla en un recipiente y derretir por unos segundos en el microondas, luego mezclar con la avena. En otro bowl batir el huevo con el azúcar hasta crear una mezcla homogénea, después incorporar la harina y 1/2 cucharadita de levadura. Mezclar todo. Por último, añadir la avena y el chocolate, revolver todo y formar las galletas. Hornear por 10 minutos, dejar enfriar y servir.
